Purpose: To ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements, establish and maintain adequate inspection intervals, achieve best effort to prevent leakage, and guarantee the reliability of atmospheric storage tank equipment. Work Process: A. TANK REMOVED FROM SERVICE

E. DOCUMENTATION / WORK ORDER CLOSURES 1. Central Maintenance Manager closes out all work orders pertaining to the subject tank. 2. As-built drawings are handled by design/engineering and filed in the designated records vault. 3. Area Inspector documents all repairs and changes. These records, along with all initial recommendations and QC documentation, are filed in the tank files at the Terminal Area Inspectors’ office.
